The project is looking better than ever.
It's inspiring to see original characters like this in mugen.

Everything is looking really great Hatter! You've put in so much energy in this project and it really showed.

Update: added further background elements to the Shibuya Crossing stage; some background people, from KoF games with minor edits, a new guest to replace Silver Samurai (Daisukenojo "Beat" Bito from The World Ends With You)), a CAPCOM vs SQUARE banner featuring the logo I commissioned from PhantomD, and a Mitsubishi Lancer that was sprited using a free Creative Commons license 3D model from Sketchfab. Vegaz fixed up all the deltas, and will be dropping the update on his release threads.

Additionally, with Tiki done, we are now working on the 4th character of Build 1: Han DaeHan from "Ehrgeiz"; so far, all basic movement is in, and we are now 5 animations away from get-hits being completed:

Han is 50% done, sprite/code wise; all movement and hurt animations are in.

Working on normal/unique attacks, specials and Limit Breaks; 2/23 done:

So uh, all of Han's normal and unique attacks are done, and I started on special attacks. Here's his Ballistic Knee, along with it's air variant:



As of today, character progress lies here:
- RYU: 100%
- TABASA: 90% (pending testing)
- TIKI: 90% (pending testing)
- HAN: 67%
- ZERO: 0%
- CLOUD: 0%

What I have left for Han is the following:
- Special attacks: Rising Trident, Flamingo Feint, Whirlwind Destruction.
- Limit Breaks: Ballistic Triad (coding only, sprites completed), Flamingo Fury, Encore Trident.
- 2 normal intros, Special Intro vs. Ryu, 2 victory animations, taunt.

Once Han is done, I will be taking a break to refine the King of Fighters 13 sprite process to the CAPCOM vs SNK style. I will then work on Zero and Cloud's set (the bulk of Cloud's set is being handled by a pixel artist I commissioned, I will be working on some other animations in my list and VFX). For these two, I will be working on their sprite sets first, before coding, instead of simultaneously.

After that, I will be reworking the stages made so far (Guardian's Requiem, City of Broken Dreams); former will be a big overhaul, latter will receive some minor tweaks/additions.

Once that's all done, after some extensive testing, the public build will be available for download.
