These files I will have no issue working with to build your ideal lifebar.
I have accessed the PSDs and I just have a few questions to confirm the orientation and such:

1)Will this be used for round wins or Powerbar charges?

2)Will the timer hourglass be placed inside this ring?
Also do these three globes hold any function?

3) How/where would you like the portrait template implemented into the bar design?

There are just 2 more elements that I need you to confirm which we did not yet discuss and that will cover everything for the commission:

Lifebar Win Icons
1.Please confirm which of the following is correct:
  A. You only require one generic win icon for the lifebar round.wins system
  B. You require all/some of the following individual specific win icons to appear on the lifebars depending on win type:
Win by special
Win by hyper (super)
Win by normal throw
Win by cheese
Win by time over
Win by suicide
Opponent beaten by his own teammate
Win by perfect (overlay icon)

2. Please confirm which of the following statements is correct:
   A.You require animated Win Icon/s (for extra aesthetic appeal Ie movement/light effect etc)
   B.You require static Win Icon (single sprite)


Round Announcer Animation system


1. Round Announcer Variables requirements
You specified that for round one we will use Destiny is not written"-"Verse 1"-"Begin, but we have not discussed the following round variables. Which of the following is correct:

A.You only require "Destiny is not written, followed By Verse 1,2,3,xx" animation/snd for sequential rounds, in which case, please specify max round.no for verse.x animation, ie up to rnd 6 etc.

B. You would like different slogan Messages/animation/snd for the following rounds, ie "get ready, prepare for the ultimate battle etc etc", in which case pease specify no.of variables and text for animation required

2. Round End Animation Variables requirements
As you may be aware, Mugen 1.1 allows for up to 3 variable animations for end of round which can be allocated to the 3 different winning conditions (KO/DKO/TO). Please confirm which you require:

A. You would like to use only 1 universal "KO" Animation/snd sequence for all 3 variables to save time/labor/file size which will display for KO/Double KO/TIME OVER

B/ You would like to have 3 separate Animations/snd sequences ( 1 for each win type) to display for
KO/Double KO/TIME OVER

3. Round Decision Animation Announcer requirements:
As you may be aware, Mugen 1.1 allows for up to 2 variable animations for round decisions which can be allocated to the 2 different winning conditions (YOU WIN/DRAW). Please confirm which you require:

A. You require only 1 Animation/snd sequence to use for both p1/p2 Victory & DRAW
B/ You would like both "DRAW" animation/snd and "YOU WIN" animation as individual snd/graphics

- Create original fully Customized Single Mode Lifebar (Fight.def/sff/snd) using 16/32bit high quality sprites for Clients personal project.
- Create High quality themed Round Animation system to client theme/specifications as discussed
- Create PSD Editable Portrait system for Single mode lifebar as discussed.
- Client requires dark fantasy theme with ink, roses & literature motifs as per discussed & sample reference material provided.
- Client is using Mugen 1.1 1280x720.
- Client does not have Hardware limitations: Sufficient VRAM/SYSRAM to support high-end 16/32bit png OPENGL content as discussed.
 (PC specs = Intel(R) core (tm) I5-4200M, 2.50GHz, NVIDIA Quadro K2100M)
- Final product to be built and resupplied inside Vanilla Mugen 1.1 Build with no pre-existing motifs.

I see Kofi in the donations page, do I need an Kofi account to make the donation?(never have used kofi, Only have used paypal)
and
I assume the cost of the commission doesn't take into account the fee paypal takes.

All payments recieved by our forum, including those for commissions are treated as donations.
Therefore, we do not expect members to have to account for the additional transaction fees.
