This is the official progress topic for shadic12s LEGACY HYBRID CROSS TAG BATTLE V.3.5 TAG MODE LIFEBAR SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS

Project summary
Make modifications Shadic12's personal [Legacy Hybrid Cross Tag Battle Ver 3.5] Tag/Simul mode Fight.def/Fight.sff custom Lifebar system. Modify the Simul/Tag Mode PSD portrait system to include the special cyber aesthetic system incorporated in the Single mode portrait template design with variable color options for all portrait types for both team members as discussed.
Make several cosmetic changes and display repositioning changes to emulate the MVC2 lifebar playername display system as discussed.

Detailed Project Overview
- Client requires modifications to the positioning of Player 3/4 Display name so as to place it in mirrored fashion Below Player 3/4 Portraits
- Client has provided details via images and MVC2 image as reference point material
- Client has confirmed positioning of name/agreed to resizing of Name font/name plates as required
- The font name length "Ragna The Bloodedge" will be used as the name font resizing maximum length/size guage
- Client is happy for powerbar/win count positioning to be altered to facilitate the new name positioning
- Client requires the Single Mode colored Backer plate design Aesthetic to be also applied to Tag/simul mode incl all color variants as discussed.

Workload
- Initial setup and color samples import (1 hour/s)
- Modify fight.def/sff code/positioning offset values to Player 3/4 Name display incl testing (Minimum 1.5 hours)
- Modify fight.def/sff Power bar positioning offset values/code/sff for repositioning of P3/P4 name display below portrait (Minimum 1 hours)
- Tweak P3/P4 name size/font scale to account for "Ragna The Bloodedge" maximum length/size display (Minimum 1 hours)
- Create Base cyber backer panel aesthetic for Tag Partner 1/2 (Minimum 1.5 hour/s)
- Create Base cyber Backer Panel aesthetic for Tag Partner 3/4 (minimum 1.5 hour/s)
- Update & Modify 26x color variants on Player 1/2 glass Auto-template 9000,10 TYPE_Y (minimum 2.0 hours)

small progress update:

I have had to make a modification to the Simul Mode Display name backer plate sprite.
The original one was a fixed 2-piece plate set to spriteno 503,0.
The new version is allocated to spriteno 504,0 and has been repositioned for the new name position
underneath the 2nd health bar.

Tedious trial and error process but will pay off in the long run

small progress update:

I have made a surgical adjustment to the actual name backer frame length itself to allow for the full "Ragna The Bloodedge" font name length
to display correctly under the new updated layout.

Progress Update:

I have successfully modified the win icon system positioning.

I had to make further modifications to the powerbar system to allow spacing but as you can see it all works fine now.
The next step will be working on the updated and modified portrait template system.
This step will be far more intricate as I need to create new vectors from scratch and then apply the 20+ color swatches.

Using 2 grids in the power bar should be better than 3 grids，IKEMEN GO's power bar can include the following code, [p1. levelbars=1;p2. levelbars=1] This way, the numerical changes of Power are more pronounced

Hello Chris these liferbars are for MUGEN 1.1 but compatible with the Ikemen GO engine. Also, about the grid thing I am going to hold off on that since I initially asked for the 3 grids. Who knows I could have an option to select 2 or 3 grids for the powerbars in the future.

I am currently resetting up the multi color swatch template that is required to apply the updated vector aesthetic.

I have updated the portrait spacing as discussed:

As you can see, we have added the maximum possible spacing between the simul mode portraits to allow for the template aesthetic vector to be added.
The next step will be recreating the new vector base shape from scratch.
We cannot use the old one because of sizing and shape issues, so this will take a bit of time to calculate and position correctly, but atleast it is the final last great step until we have completed the mods

I have begun redesigning the base vector components for the simul mode backer frames.
This will not make much sense right now, but this is the initial required planning and outlining process that will be used to make the 20+ special color styles.

I have successfully imported the new vector for player 1/2 and applied the necessary 3d effects and coloring for RED mode.

So it will be a tedious process but worth it in the long run.
