Mae Young had a match tonight apparently, lol. Rock's appearing next week, Barret got the title!!!! Wasn't the greatest raw, not too terrible though. Punk's TLC match for the WWE title against Ryback is next week along with Rock's appearance. Something's probably going to foreshadow.

Probably. He's one of their promo failures. They're doing to him what they did to Kane, and Brodus Clay. Give them build up, several weeks/months of advertising, and vignette's. Only to return, have a short run and be flip flopped back to where they were before their break or even lower.

yeah, but think of it this way: mid cards are usually consistent & are often true fan favs [Jerry Lawler, Owen Hart, Eddie Guerrero & Chris Benoit are prime examples of this], where as there's been a lot of folks who were main eventers that aren't doin' nothin' now. consistency in tha wrestling uni, like in Hollywood, actually often times works just as good, & sometimes even better, than bein' in tha main spotlight all tha time; folks tend not to get tired of seein' you around as quick, mainly cuz you're not bein' shoved down their collective throats on tha regular.

Everyone you named wasn't mid-card throughout their entire career. Infact, towards the end of their careers most of them were main eventing pay per views and weekly shows.

It's kinda sad, really. He's got so much potential. I didn't want him to win, but not cuz I don't like him. He worked hard and he deserves it. I just wanted Kofi to keep his belt.

RAW at least will be decent with the great one being around, it's reported that the Rock will be booked for several shows including smackdown, You gotta give him credit, with 3 movies he has to do, He's still trying to help out the company.

I don't give a shit if Rocky is hated or not, all I want this year is to see him as WWE champion one more time and carry that strap to Mania. Because once he leaves again, I won't be tuning into RAW anymore. Especially how it's going now.

I am not the biggest Rock fan at all, but I will admit this past Smackdown his in ring promo was great. He was very clear on the mic and made me laugh with damn near every sentence. He's not liked by me, but I respect him a lot.

Punk's promo was nothing godly or pipe bomb worthy like I'd expected but it wasn't bad. It's definitely worthy of fueling the feud for the Punk Vs. Rock match at the rumble.

The world heavyweight championship last man standing match between Alberto Del Rio and Big Show was pretty good, honestly. Regardless of Del Rio winning. I didn't like them pushing Del Rio for face but it looks like he's doing well in that category. His mic skills seem to have drastically improved, and his in ring ability was never below par, and seeing how emotional he was while winning the title showed how much it actually meant to him. So I'm okay with it.

Antonio Cesaro Vs. Randy Orton wasn't bad either, it was as expected but good nonetheless. I can tell they're trying to give Antonio and Del Rio a bigger push by the vignettes.

Also, Brock Lesnar has been confirmed for the Royal Rumble it seems.


I'm going to the Smackdown taping tomorrow in Tyler Texas. I hope it's worth it!

Pros

+The Build between the Rock and Punk has been great so far, already trumps Cena vs Rock.
+BTC Matches were actually decent and enjoyable to watch
+The Rock getting ambushed by the Shield followed by a Punk Promo, Rocky did a fantastic job selling the beat down
+ WWE revealing that Mr. Bob Backlund is going to be the second inductee into this years Hall of Fame.
+ Team Hell No graduating Anger management class, was funny for what it was, and the crowd was into it.

Cons
- The Shield, Needs to stop doing those promos with the camera effects, getting a bit too corny now.
- Kaitlyn is a terrible champion, her match with Alicia Fox was bad.
- ADR got almost a no reaction from the crowd before and after winning his match.
- John Cena cutting one of the worst promos I have seen, good god that was as bad as his star wars promo last year, he literally just killed the crowd
- Random RR brawl to close the show

IMO, the Rock beatdown should have closed the show, the ending of raw was just god awful

They soprano'd us at the ending. You don't even know who ended up being the last one in.

I feel sorry for Katlyn...seriously. When she looses the title, she may never get it back. The shield seem devastating, I wish they would be in a regular match, already.

There would be too much roid rage and too much pain by accident. Ryback can't handle matches of that caliber due to his low work ethic.

Yea...Vince doesn't really do matches like that. Cuz it's ACTUALLY a REAL dream match. Not what he THINKS is a dream match.

There's really not even room for comparison there. Ryback's lack of practice will vouch for that.

What?! Ryback is one of the most technically sound and hard working guys on the WWE roster! Yep, Yep! What it do! lol!

- He's on steroids
- Failed to execute his move numerous times, including on a guy like Heyman(who's half his size)
- No Charisma, No Mic skills
- Generic Theme
- Stolen RVD Gear
- Poor Man's Goldberg
- Failed as Skip Shefiled

His matches are always slow paced, and don't even last long. Top guys like Punk have to carry the match most of the time.

No, he can't wrestle, and the only reason why he's in the position that he is at, is because Vince likes big guys.

Ryback winning isn't likely, but it isn't unlikely either. Vinny Mac does seem to like him quite a bit.
