Give me your opinion on this. Ive been using aseprite to edit mugen sprites and it works pretty well.

looks pretty cool to me!
I havent played alpha 2 or 3 in a while so i forgot how detailed the clothing movement is in that game.
so the important thing is that when the move is added, it looks like it was already there by capcom if that makes sense?
But i like the idea of this attack looks like anti-air maybe?

Thank You! are there any tutorials on how pots made the graphics for his hitsparks? I wanna make some new ones like pots but for air file. Thanks for any help you can provide.

The .air file contains coding indexes to the animations/actions of the character.
It does not contain sprites. sprites are stored inside an .sff file as either indexed .pcx files or full color unindexed png files (1.1 only).

The best way to learn about hitspark creation is to study design software and how to make effects and sparks and so on.
There is no specific tutorial, it is more a case of trying different search terms and finding an image editing software you enjoy using and find easy to learn. Youtube searches for "how to make 2d effects" would be a good start point.
Keep in mind, all of this is more related to the design world than mugen itself. but a crucial part of mugen content creation is digital fx and design
