I've seen alot of people asking how to do this lately.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, I thought it easier to just post someone elses video on  how to do it so here you go enjoy.
NOTE: you will need 2 things for this:

1. Text pad or note pad
2.Image editing software (GIMP/Paint/Photoshop/Corel or whatever)
