They could of atleast fired up the Mortal kombat bridge into photoshop and added an azure overlay at 55% to match the BG.
I guess thats the difference between an actual creator and an editor.
One actually makes things in external programs with actual artistic skill,
the other just plays jigsaw collage pattern jigsaw puzzle with existing bits and sprite rips and edits the .def file.
The rest of the BG however looks like the DB Fightersz stage and looks ok.
The zoffset is a mess though.
Seems everone does that alot these days
