This is, by far, my favorite edit of Rugal. Out of all the edits I have in my collection and have played as or watched, this one, is just... perfect. So mad respect to Player-One/NexT-One, even though now they gatekeep their stuff and no longer share it.

yeah man i know. it sucks, but that's what happens sometimes with the community and jealousy i guess. Atleast they left behind some cool templates for future KOF creators to learn from and improve on.
