ok here goes...

If you're going for 3s style then you have to use different colors for shading, you can't just darken the same color, example, look at Ryu's arm, feet and gi, his tan-ish skin tone is but when it comes to shading it they use a purple-ish color to shade, as for his gi they use a combination of white, a hint of yellow, grey and an off white. If you just darken the same color it starts to look more CvS style.

Other than that everything looks great.

I haven't shaded yet I've just out lined. The sprite in the right is another reference.
The sprite I'm working on is in the middle lol
