Someone at MTM released those earlier today.
Tried them all and asides from some really minor details hard to notice they are all good and a keeper in my opinion if u like anime specialy "Dreamss"

I really like his stages, SOOO Nice!  

Animated? I may have to check these out then. I saw the people and automatically thought single layer static stages.

This works on WinMugen+ as well.

Not too big a fan of stages with people in them, but the others look great. Great release  

well just gona say.

To Love Ru1: 
The chars on the BG are too big if you compare them to the chars u using maybe could have resized the whole BG around a -15%.

to Love Ru2:
i think he tried to add some Anti Alias on the Lampost there or something? cuz that glow look odd.

Phoststreet:
Could have used a dark overlay.

Dreamss:
A slighty blue overlay and the mountains need some better cleaning imo.
